1. Service Agreement
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. We operate strictly within legal and ethical guidelines and require clients to have proper authorisation for all forensic investigations.
2. Client Responsibility
- The client must have legal ownership or explicit consent to access and analyze any mobile device or data.
- We will not engage in any unauthorized hacking, data theft, or illegal surveillance.
- Clients requesting forensic analysis must comply with local, national, and international laws.
3. Confidentiality & Privacy
- All client data and forensic findings will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
- We follow best practices in data protection, encryption, and secure storage of digital evidence.
4. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee full data recovery, as some deleted data may be irretrievable.
- Our analysis reports are provided as-is, and we are not responsible for any legal, financial, or business consequences resulting from their use.
- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences resulting from improper use of our services.
5. Forensic Reporting & Legal Use
- Any forensic report provided can be used in court or investigations, but we do not guarantee admissibility in legal proceedings.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring the proper legal process is followed when using forensic data as evidence.
6. Ethical & Legal Compliance
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the requested investigation violates laws or ethical guidelines.
- We do not provide services that violate privacy rights, employee protections, or unauthorized access laws.
7. Payment & Fees
- Pro bono smartphone forensic consulting services are provided where agreed in writing. i.e. we have agreed to act for you in this matter on a pro bono basis and we will not charge you for professional fees on this matter.
- All additional forensic services require upfront payment or a retainer agreement.
- Pricing is based on the complexity and scope of the smartphone forensic investigation.
- No refunds will be issued once forensic analysis has begun.
8. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the UK and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
